Northern California Real Estate Agent: Shannon Coe. I have been in the Real Estate Business my whole life. My mother was a Real Estate Agent, now she is my office manager. When I became an adult  I started to invest in Brentwood California Real Estate. I believe investing in Real Estate is the best thing you can do in the long run. I know things are bad now, but if you work hard, pay off your investments, you will have retirement income for the rest of your life and your children's! I do not look for the quick fix or the fast money. Its all about hard work and patience. That is why six years ago I became a Real Estate Agent in Brentwood California. Not for a easy job, fast money or even a "free" escrow. I became a Real Estate agent to help people build their retirement. I have built a team and we focus on helping family recover and reuild. In 2012 we expanded our business and opened an office with Keller Williams Roseville. I am now Living, Loving Lincoln California.

I have teams in Contra Costa and Placer Counties. We have a in house staff that helps process short sales, offers, listings and maintain a reachable presence. We work hard to keep upto date on all new information regarding short sales. Ok, 6 years ago it was to build wealth, now it is just to recover, rebuild, relocate, and build a retirement. Upon our arrival in Brentwood and a relocation to CA from the Midwest, we had the opportunity to meet Shannon Coe and Michele Bethea of WR Properties.  These ladies immediately set out to provide listings of properties that met our needs and our budget and couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and helpful in making the entire process a complete success.  Throughout the time spent, we have become good friends and the tremendous support they have provided and continue to provide has been greatly appreciated.  It was also through them that we learned of a loan program designed for seniors that allows for financial assistance to purchase a residence.  As a result, Shannon and Michele introduced us to Nathan Nelson of LandHome Financial Services.  Nathan provided all of the pertinent information relating to the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) offered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).  This was the perfect solution for our situation and the entire loan process with Genworth Financial Home Equity Access couldn’t have been made easier.  It was because of the excellent and professional guidance of Shannon, Michele and Nathan that we were better able to find a perfect home and a community in which we are certain to be extremely comfortable and happy for many years to come.  Our thanks to them for a job well done.
