- With twenty years of construction experience and thirteen years in the inspection industry Shane Dollman is uniquely qualified as a home inspector serving the Tampa Bay area. ASHI member since 1998.
About Us:
Shane Dollman has been a resident of South Tampa for the last thirty years. Shane began working in construction by performing home repairs and remodeling for a licensed contractor.
With a decade of experience in construction Shane naturally evolved from remodeling to the home inspection industry in 1995.
Areas of Expertise:
Shane completed the Residential Contractor's Exam in June of 1998 and was licensed by the State of Florida. In October of the same year the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI.org) recognized Shane on the cover of thier monthly magazine "The Reporter" as the 2000th member.
Honing his skills over the years Shane has completed over 1500 home inspections not only of residential homes, but also condominiums, townhomes, apartments, investment properties and commerical buildings.
