I have been a REALTOR for 27 years and I am a Broker and hold the GRI and CRS designations.I started selling Real Estate in 1980 and then bacame the Marketing Director for Real Estate Leaders of America. I resigned as Marketing Director when I moved to Tennessee in 1984. I have been the Principal Broker for different offices in the last 27 years and owned my own firm at one point. I really study my market areas and feel that I have a wide range of knowledge not only of the housing in these areas, but the business, the lifestlyes, schools and activities. I graduated from Tulane University with a major in Spanish and taught Spanish at the high school level for three years. I am a perfectionist in many ways and find it hard to delegate responsibility to other people- that is probably why I don't have an assistant. I am comfortable with people of any socio economic or educational level and feel that has also helped my career.

My areas of expertise are many. I have certainly helped first time home buyers, transferees,buyers moving up or down, and I help with new home construction. I am familiar with lake property, mountain property and subdivisions, as well as that piece of land for your new home. My listings tend to be more high end than not, but that does not preclude me knowing all of my market.
