Who am I?

I am a Real Estate agent that serves Berks, Nothern Montgomery, Southern Schuylkill, Northeastern Chester and Southern Lebanon counties. I really care about the service I provide my customers. I believe in old fashioned service and am not afraid to quarantee it! I love people and this business and it shows. My customers refer me to their friends and families and I have won a production award ever since I won Rookie of the year. I am certified in new home sales, relocation and have an e-Pro designation. Find all the available properties in my areas on www.BerksHomeBuying.com!

Areas of Expertise

I specialize in residential, Amity township and horse properties. Being a horse owner myself, I specialize in "horse-friendly" properties. Either a home within a reasonable commute of a place to board a horse, or a home to have the horse(s) on the property. It doesn't matter whether they are first time buyers or not, I can help them to live their dream. Check out www.BerksHorseProperties.com.

I'm also specializing in Amity Township. We opened a new office in 2006 and I've been participating in many of their activities since then - from township yard sales, to community days to the Halloween Parade! What a nice, diverse place to live! Check out www.HomesinAmity.com

Of course, I also help those that want a new home without horses or outside Amity to find what they want and can coordinate the sale of their existing home with the purchase and of their new home so that they are not holding 2 mortgages or homeless. Check out www.BerksHomeBuying.com!

Testimonials

Thank you very much, Sharon, for all your good help for everything. I will definitely make use of these latest bits of information. We took your advice and changed the locks to the house and put padlocks on all the barn doors a few days after the closing--  it looked like some family members had already been nosing around.  But, maybe they have moved on and we can make a clean (the operative word) start there. H and I have mostly been tearing out stupid improvisations the previous owners made including opening up the boarded windows, removing the partition on the side porch etc,  We have torn out everything in the bathroom, walls
and all and are simultaneously dismantling the kitchen to clean and paint. The family had let the leak behind the shower go for so long that the wall was pretty ruined, so I am going to tear everything down to the studs and start over. We are planning a house warming in October-- we should have things under control by that time and I will be sure to invite you to rejoice with us in the improvements that the old house deserves.  There are so many butterflies here that we are naming our farm "Flutter-by Farm".

best regards,

S and H
