Shar is the former Founder and Co-Owner of Stylish Transformations. Shar has earned her Certified Home Staging ExpertTM (CHSE) designation, the highest designation awarded, and has been in the design industry for over 25 years.
Her background includes studies in Interior Design as well as Horticulture to assist with your home's curb appeal. Shar has a talent for taking simple things; placing them in their best light and making them shine. She has a love for anything old ~ whether it is books or furniture, she loves to use them with a modern flair.
Shar has the gift of hospitality and uses that gift through her staging and redesign techniques, making others feel welcome in a home. She has a way of making people feel comfortable no matter how long they have known her. Vacant Home Staging and Model Home Staging

Home Staging and Redesign of Minnesota has an extremely large inventory of furniture, lamps, artwork, and all the "little" things to make your vacant home warm and inviting to potential buyers. We are one of a very few stagers that has this large of inventory. We have every style of furniture to fit your home. Casual elegance, contemporary, traditional or eclectic. We can stage as many rooms or as few rooms as you like to fit into your budget. We will work within your budget to create a breath taking entrance and focus on key rooms. Home Staging Consultation
During our consultation we will go room to room with you. In detail providing you with a prioritized list of what you can do to maximize your home's appeal. The experts at Home Staging and Redesign of Minnesota will address the importance of curb appeal and give specific recommendations. The consultation process generally takes one and a-half to two hours. This service is great for those who need the expert eye but enjoy completing the tasks themselves.
Home Redesign Consultation
We take what you have and give it new life. During this consultation we will verbally assist with choices for furniture placement, discuss paint color and the like. If time allows, we may even move furniture right then and there! We will provide you with a shopping list of items you could purchase at your leisure to further enhance your home. If you like, we can even shop for you!
Full Staging Services
If you don't want to do the work yourself, you can hire us to declutter and rearrange furniture keeping the focal point of every room in mind. Our goal is to make your rooms as spacious and light as possible to achieve the best sales impact.
Full Redesign Services
Maybe you don't need the expensive services of an accredited interior designer. We provide similar services at a much lower price. Although I offer a large variety of staging and redesign services, I specialize in vacant and model home staging. I can make your home look like a model home with the appropriate furnishings, hand selected just for your home, even if your home is decades old. It is the area that I can really assist in making a home stand out. Owning a warehouse of furniture, I bring in not only the large pieces of furniture but all the accessories to make it warm and inviting such as artwork, lamps, books, candles, place settings, and pillows.
If your home is not vacant, I can assist in creating that same "wow" factor with the items you have. A staging consultation is just what you need.
I can also help you enjoy your current home more fully with my redesign services. Whether it is paint color selection, furniture placement, or dealing with a problem room, my original ideas will make you fall in love with your home again.
