A Not So Sneaky Peek...Into What We Do>

• That's the company.  But what about me?  After all, there are many folks in the Mortgage Industry... some with more experience, some with less.  I've always operated with a philosophy of while a lot of us have access to similar, if not the same products, the knowledge of those products and TEAM behind us are the difference.  That's not the only difference, though.  How about that popular coined term of "customer service"?  Would you like somebody to stay in contact with you via email, phone, etc through each and every step of the process?  Before I knew what I was doing, I made darn sure that I was strong as can be communicating with my clients.  Now that I know what I'm doing, I have a pretty good combo going on over here.
