Being a native of Savannah, my husband and I moved our family to Effingham County in 2003. It was not the easiest move to make since we had lived in one home for 17 years and had accumulated many memories and a lot of the home improvements were sentimental in value (my dad built our kitchen cabinets and helped install our privacy fence and new windows and doors). It was time to move. I had heard about the great schools in Effingham and I wanted my kids to have a good education. They were both just in middle school so it wasn't as tough as it would have been if we had waited any longer.
I understand what it's like to list your home and wait for a buyer to come along, trying to keep it clean in the meantime. It's hard and nerve-wracking. Each client is treated with dignity and respect and I go by the Golden Rule, "Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You." You can count on it.
Currently, we share our home in Rincon with a spoiled rotten basset hound and 4 cats (I have a soft spot for animals). I love working in the yard and taking photos of nature.
I am a member of First Baptist Church of Rincon. I enjoy studying the Word of God and am currently involved in a Beth Moore Bible study and absolutely love it.

It was on the market for only 1-1/2 months when it was sold, while the other 5 houses on our same street still sat for sale after being on the market for months. The house showed almost every week, several times a week until the right buyer walked through the house, and once they did, Sheila was very responsive and quick to get everything in order for the closing.
