About my Designation
I earned my Staging Accreditation(ASP) in July 2007, from Stagedhomes.com, founded by Barb Schwarz, the creator of Home Staging. This designation benefits me, but also my clients. I belong to a network of home stagers from all over the world. I have daily access to tips, ideas, vendor discounts, coaching and advice needed to provide the best service for my clients. It also allows me to provide my clients a free avenue for marketing their home on the stagedhomes.com website. Millions of people log on to the website to view staged homes for sale. In this day and age, internet marketing is key and a free opportunity to do that on a respected website is such a bonus. ASP's must adhere to a code of ethics and spend a good deal of time learning about sound business practices and relationship building. The ASP difference is worth testing out - call me today!
What I offer
I offer a full array of Staging services. I am committed to getting houses ready to sell through consultations. This includes a walk through of the house, an extensive written report detailing the changes that need to be made to provide maximum impact, and additional support throughout the "work" phase. The homeowner completes a list of priority items and then I return to complete the final touches. I place the home on the stagedhomes.com website as well. If additional staging services, beyond the consultation, are needed, I can provide those as well.
I also offer services for those who aren't selling their homes. Most of us have a problem room in our homes that we just aren't sure what to do about. Some are just tired of looking at the same decor or have a room that isn't functioning well. Staging to Live is a wonderful way to define the purpose of the room and highlight the architectural features while striving to provide functionality, comfort and style. This can be done by consultations or Staged SO Right parties.
Staging to Work rounds out the trio of Staging options. If you have an office or reception area, I can help stage it for success. By organizing your storage and work areas, I can help you function at a higher level. My goal is to create a comfortable and motivating work environment for you and an inviting and warm reception area for your clients. "When my realtor suggested staging our model unit, I was very hesitant. My construction budget was tight and the thought of spending "unnecessary funds" on staging made my head spin. Reluctantly, I called the only person I knew in the staging business---Sheila O'Mara from Staged SO Right.
I kept emphasizing my lack of budget and she kept reiterating that she can work effectively with any size budget.
