Staging for Success
My company, Staged SO Right started as a Home Staging Company. I attended the Accredited Staging Professionals Course in 2007 and came home to begin my business. I realized after years of consultations for home owners and business owners that staging means changing things around to maximize what is there. People needed help making facilitating changes not just in their homes or offices, but also in their lives. Through plenty of ups and downs, I have learned that staging is not just a matter of choosing color for a wall or decluttering a home. Staging extends to all facets of our lives and every phase can somehow be staged for success. Staged SO Right has transformed from a home staging company to a personal staging company poised to deliver skills, resources and encouragement to facilitate lasting and beneficial change for its patrons.
Real Estate Services
I offer an array of Staging services. I am committed to getting houses ready to sell through consultations. This includes a walk through of the house and additional support throughout the "work" phase. The homeowner completes a list of priority items and then I return to complete the final touches. If additional staging services, beyond the consultation, are needed, I can provide those as well.
I also offer services for those who aren't selling their homes. Most of us have a problem room in our homes that we just aren't sure what to do about. Some are just tired of looking at the same decor or have a room that isn't functioning well. Redesign is a wonderful way to define the purpose of the room and highlight the architectural features while striving to provide functionality, comfort and style.
At times there are some clients that need additional attention when staging their homes for sale and that is the Senior Population. I have worked with seniors to not only clear their homes of clutter and a lifetime accumulation of treasures, but then help them choose updates for their home to make them sellable. Senior Staging is pretty emotional and time consuming and takes a special understanding. I truly enjoy helping Seniors Stage their homes for success.
Staging to Work rounds out the trio of Staging options. If you have an office or reception area, I can help stage it for success. By organizing your storage and work areas, I can help you function at a higher level. My goal is to create a comfortable and motivating work environment for you and an inviting and warm reception area for your clients. By Staging your work environment you send a strong signal that you are confident and responsive to the needs of your clients. What a great message to send!

Well as a real estate agent, I have, and needless to say this is not my favorite topic on listing appointments, but understand that first impressions are crucial in a competitive real estate market.
When I met Sheila for the first time at a Staged So Right Presentation, I was curious as to what she could offer brand new clients of mine and booked an appointment with her that same day. The house was fairly new and in great condition, but in order to peak interest right away among potential buyers, I decided to introduce staging to my clients as an additional tool to get the home sold quickly.
The sellers were in for a big surprise and received invaluable information and strategies on "How to transform their Home" into a Top Selling Product. Not only did Sheila offer a list of ideas, but she also prepared a full written report that broke down each transformation with a plan of action. After 2 weeks, the house was ready to be "shown-off" online and among buyers and their agents. Fairy Tale---NOT AT ALL---but a glimpse of reality that shows what staging can do for your clients. "When my realtor suggested staging our model unit, I was very hesitant. My construction budget was tight and the thought of spending "unnecessary funds" on staging made my head spin. Reluctantly, I called the only person I knew in the staging business---Sheila O'Mara from Staged SO Right.
