I dont currently have a specialization in this market as I feel that would hinder my progress as a great Realtor. I enjoy working with everyone from first time home buyers (their excitement is thrilling) to retirees (knowing exactly what they want and where). I like to meet people from all walks of life and learn from everyone that I come into contact with. That is a little harder to do when you specialize in one area. Also, I work in an office that has some agents with over 30 years experience, so therefore, if there was something that I may not be as knowledgable in, I'm 100% sure that I would be able to get the problem solved with their help.
Kawartha Lakes is an area that is a little harder to pinpoint because we are so unique. One area may have a couple of high end properties but around the corner, prices may reduce. As well as, not all waterfront is at the top of the scale. Some waterfront is affordable while there are some that are at the top of the scale. So therefore, there is something for everyone.
Lindsay and surrounding area is still very much a small town. We appreciate the slower-paced way of life and the beauty of our surroundings.
