Backround/Bio
I came to Newhall Escrow Company mid 2004 as a Senior Assistant where I learned to independently trouble shoot and solve problems. Mainstreaming my expertise and experience, I quickly reached my main goal, to become an Escrow Officer in December 2005.
Having worked in the Escrow Industry since early 2001, I started out as a receptionist and in less than 6 months, advanced to become an assistant for a Senior Escrow Officer, where my duties included processing escrow files, managing trust accounting, as well as the training of personnel. My back round consists mostly of Resale, Commercial, Vacant land, 1031 Exchanges and Refinances, bringing a diverse level of experience to each transaction.
I like the fast pace and complexity the industry has to offer. My main goal is complete customer satisfaction and I feel great when I know a transaction has gone smooth because of my hard work.
