American Patriot Title is a title company owned by Attorney David P. Rankin. Mr. Rankin serves as counsel for the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors. He also works closely with the leadership of Central Pasco Board of Realtors.

Areas of Expertise
Attorney David P. Rankin received his law degree from the University of Florida in 1977. David prosecuted for the Department of Business and Professional Regulations, then represented licensed professionals, including Realtors, in licensing boards' investigations and disciplinary proceedings.
Mr. Rankins' daily involvement with working professionals gives him clear insight into the issues, opportunities and pitfalls inherent in every real estate transaction.
Lynn Pishock, our licensed closer is also a paralegal. Ms. Pishock has nearly thirty years of legal experience. She has worked on all types of law, including family, bankruptcy, criminal and real estate. Lynn is extremely knowledgeable and offers her assistance to all of our clients.
