Shirley Parks is my REALTOR®. Shirley had buyers and was in the process of finding them the right home & location. We had a "For Sale By Owner" (FSBO as Shirley called it) sign in my front yard. Shirley called our number and asked if we would work with her if she had a buyer interested in our home. I said "sure". Later, after she previewed our home, she made an appointment to bring her buyers to look at our home and after several days she brought us a offer and we negotiated a contract which everyone was happy.
