I understand the sense of feeling overwhelmed when it comes to relocation. After my husband graduated from dental school in Houston, we moved to the Washington DC area and began the life of a military family. My kids changed schools numerous times and I became quite adept at organizing for relocation. From Washington DC to Washington state and everywhere inbetween, our family moved many times before returning to our beloved home state of Texas to live.
 
I have prior real estate experience in Sugar Land and in Houston. I have lived in San Antonio for the past 13 years and am experienced with the San Antonio residential real estate market.

Shirley Parks is my REALTOR®. Shirley had buyers and was in the process of finding them the right home & location. We had a "For Sale By Owner" (FSBO as Shirley called it) sign in my front yard. Shirley called our number and asked if we would work with her if she had a buyer interested in our home. I said "sure". Later, after she previewed our home, she made an appointment to bring her buyers to look at our home and after several days she brought us a offer and we negotiated a contract with which everyone was happy.
