Thank you so much for all your help today, you and your husband really made this experience quite pleasant...I was expecting to be overwhelmed by the whole thing, but I felt extremely comfortable and very relaxed about going through with this.  I'm definitely going to recommend you to anyone I know that is buying a new home.
