As a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS), I welcome your inquiries and commit to approaching your mortgage financing needs from a completely unique perspective. I am proud to hold the CMPS designation as far fewer than 1% of mortgage originators have earned this elite designation. Certified Mortgage Planning Specialists are mortgage financing professionals, similar to what a Certified Financial Planner is in the financial investment world.

I take the responsibility of being a CMPS very seriously, and am pleased to be able to offer my experience and knowledge to you. Owning property is the single most important cornerstone to building personal wealth, and by working with a CMPS, you will have the benefit of knowing the best way to structure your assets and debts via strategic equity. My focus will be on both your short and long term financial goals, and how they fit into your overall financial plan. I have been assisting my clients with their financing needs for 6 years, and I am fortunate to be a part of American Home Mortgage, which is licensed in all 50 States and Washington, D.C. This enables me to assist clients in purchasing and refinancing primary homes, as well as second homes and investment properties, throughout the United States.
