WHAT I LOVE TO DO
I Love Short Sales. I started in the Real Estate field in 2006 educating myself on the Market and beginning to Invest in Real Estate. I am President of Your Property Connection, Inc. (YPC). We discovered that many people were upside down in their houses and we began working with sellers to purchase their home through a short sale. Yes, we would negotiate / buyer / sell. I was great and I loved it. I loved it so much I decided to become a Realtor, working with ARDA REALTY.
I have counseled over 200 people on what is best for their family, worked over 100 short sales and closed many. Recently with in the last 6 months ~ I have had 100% success rate. I have been very blessed with a gift and I am good at negotiating.
Since I have become an agent, YPC has become a Realtor's Assistant. YPC Facilitates, Coordinates transactions, Changes Locks, we even have a contract with a contractor to help agents, buyers, investors fix homes. It is wonderful.
