Areas of Expertise
While experiencing the burst of the housing bubble I've had to master the basics. With little subprime left my expertise is in FHA and Conventional lending. The nice aspect of our current lending situation is that if the transaction makes sense then the funds are there to lend. I've been able to close many deals recently that other lenders are unable to close because of my knowledge of the lending guidelines. The guidelines create room for creativity and my thorough understaning of these guidelines gives my clients an edge throughout the home buying and refinancing process.
