- Showing Sync™ – A simple patent pending application that imports showing information from your electronic lockboxes into your HomeFeedback or Foreclosure Feedback account. Once an agent shows one of your listings, Showing Sync will copy the showing agents’ information into your HomeFeedback or Foreclosure Feedback account, triggering the series of automatic feedback request emails.
- Home Followup –A real estate email marketing system to help you build and strengthen client relationships and effectively manage incoming leads with the use of email campaigns, newsletters, property flyers, e-cards, and much more. Webforms allow you to capture new leads that are automatically pulled into your HomeFollowup account.
- Showing Calendar – Prospects and buyer's agents can schedule showing appointments for your listings directly from your real estate website with this online calendaring system. Both you and your sellers can have access to approve/deny showing appointment requests and block date/times that the property is unavailable to show. Confirmation and reminder emails go out to all parties to avoid "no-shows" and stay on schedule.
