Property Evaluation - We will assess your home's curb appeal and go through each room of your house to develop a list of recommendations.  At the end of the consultation, you will receive an action plan with top priorities highlighted to assist you in preparing your home for the market and making it a turn key property.

Staging Services- In addition to the Consultation Services, once the action items are handled by the homeowner, we will return and stage the property, finalizing all details from curb appeal to interior furnishings, artwork, accessories and any additional special touches as needed to make it a "show home".

Furnished properties sell faster as this helps the buyer visualize living in that space.  Buyers will often offer less money for a house that is vacant. 

Redesigned Spaces will outsource the furnishings, and arrange and decorate the interior of the property for you.  This service provides the seller the additional opportunity to do virtual tours or photo shoots of the property.

Sandra Hughes is the owner of Redesigned Spaces.  She graduated from Morehead State University with a Bachelor of Science in Clothing and Textiles.  Sandra is a graduate of The Staging Diva Home Staging Training Program^TM and the Interior Redesign Industry Specialists (IRIS) Training Program for both Home Staging and Interior Redesign.  Sandra has also completed training with Certified Interior Decorators International Inc. to become a Certified Interior Decorator.
