As CEO of 1parkplace Steve Hundley began his real estate career 1984 as a successful REALTOR in the Silicon Valley.  

His real estate industry experience includes performing as a top real estate agent where he successfully devised and implemented state of the art prospect-management systems to improve overall REALTOR productivity and contact management.

Since founding 1parkplace, Inc. in 1995, his focus has been on inventing innovative eMarketing technology solutions that are used by America's top real estate professionals to dominate market-share and increase sales results.  

He personally delivers eMarketing coaching to Gregg Neuman #1 in the USA for Prudential, Marty Rodriguez - #1 in the USA for Century 21 and Chris Heller #1 in the USA for Keller Williams, among many others.  

Not only does 1parkplace provide award winning eMarketing technology solutions to nearly 20,000 top producing U.S. agents, his company is also responsible for creating WinForms Online as well as the original technology platform for what is now known as NAR's RELAY Transaction Platform.  1parkplace is also a NAR RETS Council member and has a long history of providing solutions and consulting to CAR, NAR and many MLS's throughout America.

As a past member of the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) faculty, he taught courses in Internet business strategies and marketing for the Extended Learning Center.
