Why use Shy? I like helping buyers! I specialize in 1st time homebuyers! I'm an ex fixer/flipper...having bought many properties to buy and hold and rent out or buy, fix, and flip. I've been on both sides of the coin as a buyer and as a seller myself. I enjoy helping both sides. I help tons of buyers...BUY! I seem to help alot of buyers buy BANK OWNED HOMES otherwise known as REOS! There is a technique and a way to get your offers accepted, if you do not work with the right agent who knows these techniques, you could have your offer in jeopardy and lose out when it comes to multiple offers and bidding wars! I know about tons of loan programs available and what the criteria is to partipate in these programs when we make offers on homes. I won't waste your time on making offers that do not qualify for FHA or VA guidelines.I help many people in the military buy and sell homes with VA loans, and many buyers that do not have 20% down for a conventional loan..that need to buy using an FHA loan (3.5%) down. I have teacher's loans (CalStrs) that allow you to buy with 3% down and public employee loans. I have helped many buyers buy using the DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE programs, if you do not have the money saved up to buy with 3.5% down. I find you a home usually within the first 10 showings 98% of the time...We rarely have to go over the 10 showing limit. When you communicate with me what you want, and we have already been pre approved..which I can get done for you in less than 24 hours with my lender, the home buying process becomes easy.
