I am a full service General Contractor since 1991 specializing in remodeling and new construction of both residential and commercial projects.

About Us:

My name is Marc Schroeder. As a general Contractor who has recently relocated to San Clemente from Solana Beach, I am sending out this Email to local Realtors in an attempt to drum up some business. Due to the recent economic downturn my business remodeling and constructing new homes has suffered a severe contraction. So I have decided to adapt my business to refurbishing and repairing foreclosed homes as well. So far I have done three and hope to do more. I am experienced in all phases of construction.  I read blueprints, do layout, operate hand tools as well as heavy equipment and supervise all trades. I have many references. I am bilingual, Spanish and English. I have a good eye for design and self engineer many of my projects.
