- I am a 203k loan consultant and a general contractor for the last 30 years. I now work as a 203k loan consultant and still do kitchens and baths and repairs as remodeling contractor.
I am a musician and speak French and English. I have 35 years experience as a contractor with numerous certifications for advance housing studies including kitchen and bath design, estimating and Universal Design. I write articles for the building industry and founded a remodel forum called www.remodelcrazy.com.
I serve the Twin Cities home market as a contractor and a 203k loan consultant.
