I hold the distinctive SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation and belong to the SENIORS ADVANTAGE REAL ESTATE COUNCIL.

Patience is an absolut must when it comes to helping someone make the most important desicion of their live! I take my Job very serious and my goal is to make every real estate transaction as smooth as possible!

Another area of my expertise is helping individuals in the 50+ age group! Most find it very hard to let go of a home they have lived in for most of their live and downsize to either a smaller home or a condo. My expert knowlegde in current market trends allows me to price a home correct and ahead of the market and to negotiate a fair price. It also allows me to help find the perfect home and again negotiate a price that is at current market values.

The service I provide does not end when someone signs on the dotted line at the closing. I tell each and every one of my clients to contact me anytime with any questions or concerns even after the transaction has long been completed.
