About Us:
I am an HSR certified home stager. I partner with realtors and home sellers to stage and market the home to it's fullest potential. For a small investment sellers can sell their home faster and for more money. It's a tough market and studies show homes that have been professionally staged sell 50% faster and for 6-10% more. For an average home that's an extra $20,000 to $50,000 more in your pocket for a minimal investment.
During my FREE consultations I will do a thorough walk through of the home. At the end of the consultation the seller can purchase a written action plan and proposal for work or they can opt for the Do It Yourself Manual and perform the work themselves.
Vacant homes need staged as well. The consultation fee on a vacant home is $75.00 which I will apply to my staging services if they accept my proposal. The home will feel like a model after I have added all the necessary personal touches. Sellers are surprised how cost effective this is and definately worth a try before lowering the asking price. Only 10% of buyers can visualize the potential in a home. This statistic is devastating to a vacant home.
