1% Buyer Rebate Agreement
American Homes Real Estate (American Home R.E., Inc.) agrees to rebate Buyer 1% of their home purchase price, when Buyer is represented by American Homes. Rebate will be given at the close of escrow, subject to lender approval, as some restrictions apply.
Buyers state they are not represented or obligated to work with any other agent(s). If you are obligated to work with another agent, we cannot represent you, therefore a rebate will NOT apply.
Buyers may pre-qualify for a home loan with Core Financial Solutions. This does NOT bind you to this institution in any way, for your home's financing. You are free to choose whatever lending institution you feel most comfortable with.
American Home R.E., Inc. is currently licensed to do business in the state of California.
The broker becomes the buyer's agent by entering into an agreement to represent the buyer through a written buyer representation agreement. (Buyers Representation Form)
