About Me:
Phil, originally form Chicago, moved to San Diego in 1975 to major in real estate at San Diego State University. Beginning in Real Estate at the age of 19, he managed a Coldwell Banker office with 45 agents. At 28, Phil was promoted to the National Headquarters in Newport Beach and became the youngest Vice President in Coldwell Banker history. He was instrumental in significantly improving related serves including mortgage, title, escrow and relocation. Phil resides in Laguna Niguel with his wife, Nicole, daughter, Torie, and sons Ryan and Blake. He enjoys selling real estate and has received numbers awards including the #1 agent for Prudential in Orange County and usually ranks in the top 10 in the United States of out 65,000 agents! Phil Immel created the team and serves as listing and sales broker, negotiator, mentor and cultivator of the business. Phil, also a member of SAG/AFTRA, is developing a consumer Real Estate show and writing books about how to become a Superstar agent and a consumer book from an insiders view.
