Real Estate is my passion. Helping buyers and sellers in the Atlanta Metro area achieve their dreams is my goal. I'd like to thank you for being so diligent and patient with me in my home search. I'm enjoying my new place and settling in just fine. I was a first-time buyer with credit issues, hoping to find a lease-purchase home to my liking. You understood my needs and did a lot to steer me in the right path.
Not only did you give valuable advice on buying a home, but you went above and beyond, when you put me in touch with a mortgage lender as I was about to shell out over $4,000 to an organization to find a home for me. When someone is credit-challenged, but still dreams of becoming a home-owner, it's easy to fall victim to schemes that may or may not work.
With your help and the advice of a lender, I was given step-by-step instructions on what I should do to fix my credit (the same thing this organization claimed they would do - but with no guarantees - and many stipulations).
I am now in my new home and am following the necessary steps to fix my credit, so that, in time, I will be able to have a mortgage in my name.
