Because of my background in management consulting, I approach real estate as a process. By managing the process, buying or selling a home becomes faster, easier, and less stressful.
For Sellers My focus when helping you to sell your home is to make sure your home is prepared for the market and presented in the most professional and compelling manner. I emphasize your home's presence on the Internet, because I believe it is the single most effective tool for marketing your home.
As an Accredited Staging Professional, I will make sure your home looks its very best. I develop a unique, WRITTEN marketing plan that addresses your home's target buyer and how we will reach them. The plan includes my Eight-Point Web Marketing approach that ensures your home gets an offer quickly. Once we find a buyer, I put my negotiation and communication skills to work, ensuring you get the best price for your home and that the entire closing process is smooth and easy.
For Buyers I have developed a Five-Step Buying Process that helps home buyers find a new home quickly and easily. The process includes a discovery phase, the home search, offer development and negotiation, closing services and referrals. I understand that buying a home is a huge decision--to get through it you need someone who listens to your needs, understands your priorities and can keep your stress to a minimum. You also need access to an experienced team of lending, title and escrow professionals to help to ensure that you not only find the home of your dreams, you have a team who can help to make it yours!
Dedicated to my Community
I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and graduated from high school in the Mukilteo school district. Neighborhoods I have lived in over the years include Whidbey Island, Tacoma, West Seattle, Queen Anne, Capitol Hill, Bellevue and Fremont. I am grateful to have such an intimate connection to so many neighborhoods in the area. I feel it truly is a service to my clients, and allows me to help them identify the neighborhood that is right for them.
