Real Estate Experience:
I had been personally involved in purchasing and selling of residential and commercial real estate for many years prior to becoming a Realtor. As President and CEO of several corporations rather than leasing properties I would initiate the purchase and/or sale of commercial property used for the businesses. Residential experience began with real estate purchases and sales that were done independently. I also became proficient in architectural drawing, construction materials and building codes.
We had vacationed and purchased Myrtle Beach Real Estate when we found a second home here, and in 2004 we made it our permanent residence. Since I had always enjoyed helping friends and family find real estate to purchase in the Myrtle Beach area it seemed natural to become a Realtor.
Six years experience in Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Longs, Loris, Little River, Conway, Surfside Beach, Garden City, Murrells Inlet, and Pawleys Island as a Realtor licensed in South Carolina plus Calabash, Carolina Shores, Sunset Beach, and Ocean Isle Beach in North Carolina has brought me the knowledge to help buyers and sellers of real estate and I am certified by the National Association of Realtors to assist with the purchase or sale of short sales and forclosure real estate. I understand the concerns of Buyers and Sellers who live in another State. Their best interest is always my prime concern. If it takes my going to accept deliveries of furniture or installation of utilities to help my out-of-State clients, no problem, I am happy when they think of me to help them.
