Numerous years working with first time homebuyers and new construction.  Educating a buyer or seller so they understand the process, what to expect, when to expect it, and most importantly making sure the communication is open and often.  Buying, selling and even building a new home can be very stressful.  Communication is key in making the whole process enjoyable.  Different people have different needs and to be able to recognize those needs and then accomidate accordingly.
