My commitment to my clients is "exceeding expectations," and that is what I aim to do for each client I serve.  I didn't come up with the idea; one of my clients - a buyer I worked with early in my career, wrote me a letter and said that I exceeded her expectations.  My first thought was, "that's what I want to do every time!" and so the idea stuck.

I sell throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, and also work with a large referral base of agents if you have a real estate need beyond my area of geographic expertise.

I sell a lot of homes in South Minneapolis.  I also sell more pre-WWII homes than anything else, but I'm gradually branching out.  I recently moved to Birchwood Village, which is in between Mahtomedi and White Bear Lake.  Once I've developed a high level of knowledge on that market place, I will begin selling there as well.
