Susan Krancer began her real estate career in 2003 by focusing on sales of homes and land in the Williamsburg area's golf communities. Susan is an agent with Liz Moore & Associates, an innovative and dynamic new player in the Williamsburg real estate market. She has a reputation as one of Williamsburg's top REALTORS®, focusing her efforts on the sale of homes and land in the region's many outstanding golf communities. She markets her services under the name Williamsburg Golf Properties, and makes extensive use of the Internet and direct mail.

She has been a competitive golfer for 20 years and has competed in the Philadelphia area in local, state, and regional competitions. She currently has a 10 handicap and was the 2003 Women's Club Champion at Ford's Colony Country Club.

As a native of Richmond, Susan grew up with a love of Williamsburg and is thrilled to be living here now. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia's Curry School of Education and Wake Forest University's Babcock Graduate School of Management where she won the prestigious Babcock Scholar award.

Susan specializes in the sale of homes and land in Williamsburg's golf communties.  95% of my clients are from out of the area.  I assist them in reviewing the community options, then in reviewing the home options, and finally in managing the local end of their move to Williamsburg.  In many cases, myclients decide to buy a lot and build a custom home, and I help these folks find the right builder and then assist them with their building project.
