Gary is a Real Estate Broker in Arizona and has been in Real Estate for 15 years. He currently practices real estate with his wife, who is a licensed sales associate in both California and Arizona, with over 10 years experience. They specialize in the Greater Phoenix area concentrating on Cave Creek, Carefree, Scottsdale, Phoenix including Desert Hills, Anthem, Paradise Valley, Gilbert, Mesa,Peoria and Chandler. I met Gary and Shannon when they were out walking their neighborhood in Cave Creek. I was driving around blindly, thinking, "Help, I need a realtor!" So I stopped them, thinking this nice couple might know something about the neighborhood, and, boy, did they So I found our future realtors in a serendipitous way. Right there and then, they could tell me a lot about the house I was parked in front of. Later my husband and I contacted them to help us find a home in Cave Creek while we were still living in Missouri. My husband and I have bought and sold several houses in the past, and we thought we were knowledgable. But the current market, and dealing with short sales and foreclosures, was a totally different experience and something we knew nothing about.
