About Us:

After twenty years in professional baseball management, during which he served as President & General Manager for 5 different minor league teams, two of which were recognized as "Organization of the Year," Skip created Weisman Success Resources, Inc. a peak performance business consulting and coaching company.  He's had the privelege of working with professionals in the real estate, mortgage, insurance and financial services industries.

Skip's coaching program is based on his 20-years of professional baseball management in which he oversaw the local sales, marketing and promotional activities for the teams he's led.  Two of his most proud moments include orchestrating the first ever mascot wedding between the two mascots of the New York-Penn League's Hudson Valley Renegades, Rookie & Rene. The service was conducted by the mayor of Fishkill, NY and the wedding was attended by over 30 mascot friends and 4,500 minor league baseball fans. The other legacy Skip left the Renegades is the charitable foundation, "The Pitch for Kids Fund" which annually donates over $30,000 to children and family charities throughout the Hudson Valley region of New York.

Today he coaches, trains and consults with other business professionals on how to consistently focus on 8-essential business success strategies.

Skip lives in Poughkeepsie, NY with his wife, Anne and himalayan cat, Sage.
His hobbies are yoga, tennis and the practicing the guitar.
