Thanks for looking at my profile, I know what your first question is; "who is Shale Levine and what sets him apart from other Agents?" Great Question! I have always run my businesses with the thought that “the customer’s needs are my utmost priority”. I have run companies in Sacramento for the past 30 years dealing with customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
I joined the number one real estate team in Sacramento; Lyon Real Estate who year after year leads the Sacramento area in residential sales. I like working with buyers looking for a home that fits them and sellers in finding them buyers for their home. My goal is to build my business on referrals based on the same quality of service and customer care that I have given in all my previous ventures.

As a new agent my first sale came a month after receiving my real estate license. I used my enthusiasm and energy to go out find my first client and do what I could to find the home they wanted. My first client was a former customer of mine who was looking for his first home. We made an offer on a short sale that we closed in less than 45 days. I learn something new every day about the real estate market and I love sharing them with you in person, by email or in my blogs. I have taken courses to be short sale certified by Lyon Real Estate to help those in trouble. I have worked with banks to become a listing agent for bank owned homes.
The real estate market today requires me to be on top of current information on loans, market analysis and current trends. As a Lyon Agent I attend Lyons unique University as well as local up to date education classes held by the Sacramento Association of Realtors.
