I have lived in Sacramento for the past 30 years.  I have been married to the most wonderful woman for 34 years and I have two wonderful sons who are 29 and 25 years old.  I received my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology in 1972 and preceded to work for Royal Crown Cola up until 1974 where I received awards as a top salesman.  I joined a family business in 1980 after moving to Sacramento as  a general and electrical contractor.  In 1986 I started Accurate Home Inspections which I did for two years.  In 1988 I went out on my own and started Action Electric until 1997 specializing in residential remodel and new home construction.  At that point I changed careers and became the general manager of a newly remodeled carwash in Midtown, Harv's Carwash. As manager we won BEST CARWASH in SACRAMENTO MAGAZINE all 10 years I was there and became famous for our quality of work and customer service.

Now I am beginning a new phase in my life having joined the number one real estate team in Sacramento, Lyon Realty where I plan on working hard to build a clientele.  My goal is to build my business on referrals based on the same quality of service and customer care that I have given in all my previous ventures. 

As a Saleman in the 1970's I learned to be the best you have to go that extra mile to make sure your custmer recieves what they expect.  As a general contractor I made sure that the quality of my work was top notch and that the customers needs were most important.  As the general manager of a large Carwash I learned to listen to the customer and to not only give the best quality of service in cleaning a car and to make sure that the customer felt special after leaving in their clean car.  All this has taken its natural course in preparing me generate leads and acquire clients who are looking to buy or sell a home with a professional they trust.

I  have been an agent for two years now with my first sale coming only a month after recieving my license.  My first client was a short sale that we closed in less than 45 days.  Since then I have taken many classes as well as read as much as I could and am working with experienced agents in learing all about the short sale opportunities.  I  have joined the Buffini group to help me generate leads and prepare me for success
