I live in Sussex County, NJ in a home I purchased back in December 2005. I am married and Our first child was just born in April 2007. I have worn many hats in my life but it wasn't until about 10 years ago when I got started in this industry, that I found what I feel to be the perfect fit for me. I primarily work with residential refinance and residential purchase loans and specialize in finding homes for "hard to place" loans for borrowers with higher ratios and less than perfect credit. We also have availability of programs for mixed-use properties, construction and home remodeling loans. I am also a Full Eagle Preferred Lender with the FHA which allows me to overturn refer/eligible status from DU when there are existing compensating factors.
