Dear Steve,
We wanted to send you a belated but heartfelt "Thank You" for finding us the perfect get away cabin.
We just spent a very relaxing and enjoyable Memorial Day weekend that included a boat tour around the wonderful lake, sledding at the Alpine Sled facility, Picnics, BBQ on our awesome deck, walks, and the list goes on!
You did such a wonderful job of listening to our needs and wants, and quickly put together a tour of homes that were all close to what we were looking for.
As for our new place on Sunset Ave., you found us the perfect spot, and just in time as things turned out, as you are well aware of!
We think it is pretty amazing that we were able to find our cabin after just one day of looking! Had we tried to look on our own, we would still be looking!
Your knowledge of the Big Bear area aside, we really appreciate your calm, professional and personable demeanor!
It is becoming increasingly rare in today's world, unfortunately, to get the Class "A" treatment that you provided to us.
The proof of this is when you had us follow you to the appliance store after our walk through to see if they sold a washer and dryer set that would fit through the narrow pass through to the laundry area. We got a big kick out of the way you took the lead, walked right into the store and politely yet directly asked the young lady working there if they had units in the particular width that we needed. That was just outstanding and we appreciate it. We will be insisting that our friends and acquaintances go through you for any future real estate needs in the Big Bear region!
Once again, Thank you and we hope to have you over for a BBQ in the near future. You and your family are always welcome!
