I contacted Suzy Minken to see if there was anything that could be done with my new listing in West Orange for a divorced couple. The 10,000 sq. ft. contemporary ranch home was in need of a makeover as it had been neglected over many months. When Suzy came to see the home, she immediately could sense there was a "great divide" in the home with furniture placed in the wrong rooms (e.g. living room looked like the dining room).
