in today's world it is really tough to earn the trust from somebody you have never met in person.  I encourage people looking for support, advice, or services to first get to know me.  I want to prove to you that I can be held accountable.  I typically like to speak to consumers 2-3 times before you transmit sensitive information.

My area of expertise is working with an array of homebuyers and homeowners.  FHA loan programs along with Conventional financing is what I prefer to work with.  I do have a network of alternative financing, but this is a niche product for those who request it.
