Certified Home Inspector and a member of NAHI. An inspection takes about three hours and a report will be sent within 24 hours. The report includes digital photos; assets as well as deficiencies.

About Us:

 I have been in the construction industry for thirty-five years,and also do updates on homes.  However, I will not do repairs on homes that I have inspected. I am a Certified graduate and an affiliate member of the Home Inspection Institute.

  My experience is around residential construction old and new. I have most of my experience around new construction from the ground up, observing old and new techniques of foundation waterproofing, excavation and changes in types of building material. There are many deficiencies created from the time of construction that may be there for the life of the home. The condition of a home can be evaluated by a thorough observation to determine what could be a major or just minor deficiency.

 I myself have owned two homes that I have updated, and always took a interest in how a house could be more efficient and healthier. There are many more issues today than ever because of the concern for energy efficiency. Smart Move Home Inspection LLC is more concerned about the interest of the client, and there awareness to how they can live safely with more confidence in there investment.

 The home Inspection usually takes 2-3 hours for under 2000 square feet.There will be brief summary on site for the client, and the full report within 24 hours. I am the owner and will personally inspect your future investment with your presence recommended.

                                Digital photography is included on all inspections. 

                         I will personally inspect your investment for deficiencies as well as assets.

Areas of Expertise

I am one of the fortunate people who was taught very young how to do electrical, plumbing and carpentry work. The many years of hands-on experience has lead me to this industry.

I am Certified through the Home Inspection Institute and a Member of The National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI).  I uphold their standards of practice and code of ethics. I will be working for the client with a objective opinion of any matters of concern. I am Re-Certified annually through (NAHI) with 12 unit's of continued education.

There are many items that could be a concern in older homes as well as new homes.  With my past experience in doing repairs on defects, I have an insight to early cures. There are deficiencies that can sometimes be easily identified by an experienced inspector that could be costly later on.
