Actively involved in the sales and marketing for single family custom homes in The Riverfront at Harbour View, an award winning, waterfront community in Northern Suffolk; for Founders Pointe, an award winning waterfront community in Isle of Wight County; and in Eagle Harbor, a highly successsful master planned community in Isle of Wight County, near Smithfield. Neighborhood cul-de-sacs overlook Batten Bay, The James River, and the Hampton Roads. THE RIVERFRONT AT HARBOUR VIEW- www.the-riverfront.com A golf and waterfront community in the heart of Hampton Roads in Northern Suffolk, Virginia. The Riverfront now has over 1,000 homes and is located along the Nansemond River. Hosted the Homearama event in 2001 and in 2011 totally nearly 190,000 visitors to The Riverfront.
Some of the prestigious awards received include the "Hall Of Fame" award in 2007, given by the Tidewater Builders Association.
The Sales and Marketing Council of the PHBA also named The Riverfront the "Community of the Year" in 2003 and in 2005. GATLING POINTE - www.gatlingpointe.com Located where the James and Pagan Rivers meet in Smithfield, Virginia. Over 500 single family homes are  built in both Gatling Pointe and Gatling Pointe South. Named the "Community of the Year" in '88, '89, '94 by the Peninsula Housing & Builders Association.

Gatling Pointe also received the Gold Award for Best Parade of Homes in America in 1993 by the National Association of Home Builders. Other marketing awards include Best Marketing Campaign, Special Promotion, and Best Sales Office by the PHBA in 1994. Waterfront communities that East West has developed in the Hampton Roads area - Gatling Pointe in Smithfield, Founders Pointe in Isle of Wight County, and The Riverfront at Harbour View in Suffolk, Virginia. The Gatling Pointe Yacht Club (pictured below) features a 68 slip deep water marina, a full service restaurant, riverfront pool, volleyball and tennis courts, playground, and fishing pier. Summer camps include a junior sailing club and numerous other special family activities for the water.

 

Professional Memberships 

Served on the HRRA Board of Directors 2000-2001, 2004-2005, and 2006-2008. (Also will be serving on the HRRA Board in 2013). Served as a member of the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for Smithfield/Isle of Wight County 2004-2006. Served on the HRRA's New Home Council 2000-2001, and in 2012-13,  New Home Planning Group in 2000 for HRRA. Served as co-chairman of the New Homes Coucil for the Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association.

Currently serving on the Founders Pointe Community Association Board of Directors. Also currently serving on the Architectural Review Boards for The Riverfront, Founders Pointe, Eagle Harbor, and Liberty Ridge communities. Also current member of the Gatling Pointe Architectural Review Board. Gatling Pointe South Community Association Board 1999, Gatling Pointe Beautification Committee in 1997 and 1998. Gatling Pointe Yacht Club Governing Board since 1997.
