Areas of Expertise

We have always specialized in resale residential properties rather than trying to be everything to everyone in the Real Estate business.  While many agents were involved in the New construction part of the business that fueled the incredible growth in the Metro area for the last decade, we stayed the course in representing the existing home market helping homeowners sell and buy new homes.  We determined a long time ago that marketing new homes  is completely different than marketing existing homes for sale.  You can't do both well; some agents will try to tell you otherwise----these are the ones who used sit in new home subdivisions with an endless line of ready buyers to sign up to contracts.  Those days are now over.  Make sure the agent you select to represent you is a resale specialist.  Nancy is a Certified Residential Specialist and Active Phoenix Recipient.  We are both Accredited Seller Representatives and recently received the designation of Certified Foreclosure and REO Specialists.
