It's simple  I listen. I don't try to sell you a home I help you buy one. I have only been in this business for about 7 years but have tried to learn as much as I can. I work every day to be the REALTOR that I would want for myself and my children when we are looking for or trying to sell a home. I have a GRI, ABR, and Brokers license. I have been on the education committee of our assoc for three years serving as Chairman and Vice chairman for two of them. I have served on the srtetigic planning committee and am a member of the Board of Directors of the Roanoke Valley Assoc of REALTORS. I also serve as Vice President of the Virginia Weichert Brokers council. I am certified in Relocation. I care about this business and I care about my clients and my REALTORS. Although I work in all parts of the Roanoke Valley my specialty is lake property. There are many thing that you have to be versed in to sell lake property. I live on the lake , I play on the lake, and one of my offices is on the lake. I spend time with a client to see what their expectations are. The lake is not for all people. If you have never been here before we should not write a contract till we go out on the water and see the different parts of the lake. We talk about your needs and then fit the properties to you. You can't do that unless you know the lake and what you can and can't do. Most people come here from outside the area so I spend time talking about this part of the country and what it has and doesen't have. If you want to make an informed decision I am your man.
