We are a full service mortgage banker. We have access to a wide range of loan programs include both conventional and FHA. Nationwide Equities actually lends the money. As such we have tremendous flexibility in providing loans to buyers that make them safe and secure. Our most important value is personal service. The mortgage process is difficult enough. I explain everything to the borrowers so they have full knowledge as to what is happening. This is the biggest investment in their life and they deserve complete information. As a full service banker, we work with borrower to find the program that suits their needs. Even if a borrower has a low FICO score, we work with them to raise their credit rating.
In addition, we can help realtors with short sales. Not only do we obtain the short sale approval, but we have a list of qualified buyers interested in purchasing short sale properties. We provide videos to help both buyers and sellers.
