About Us:
My passion to help people and my personal interest in real estate investments are just a couple reasons why I decided to join the Coldwell Banker team here in Jaco. I am originally from Washington State, where I have worked in real estate investments for the past five years. In 2005 I decided to expand my knowledge by learning spanish and learning more about what I heard as being the hottest market in Central America. The market here in the Central Pacific of Costa Rica continues to grow and I am extremely excited to be a part of it all. I know firsthand investing internationally can be challenging. In December of 2008 I met with David Karr of Coldwell Banker and I told him I was looking for a property in Los Suenos. I told him what I was willing to spend and when I wanted to close. In January he contacted me and told me that he had found what
I was looking for. We entered into a letter of intent in Late January of 2009 and I visited the property in early February. The property was

recent "real estate scouting trip", I came across the name of a wonderful agent (David Karr of Coldwell Banker on cragislist. David is a great guy to do business with and since he's from Washington state, knows what Americans are looking for when shopping in Costa Rica. I recently had my condo in Los Suenos Resort for sale. At the time I listed it I did not know David Karr. I contacted him via the internet when I saw he was promoting another condo in Los Suenos Resort. I was amazed how David promoted my condo when it was not his listing. He always got back to me and tried his hardest to market my condo even though his commission would have been very small had he sold it. I feel like I have known David for a long time due to all our conversations. He even contacted other realtors from other offices just to help me sell my unit. David is not about the commission. He is about helping his clients as well as people in general.
