My Background:

I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree, in the Computer Field. I also played Collegiate Volleyball in the position of a setter. I was one of the shortest players on the team, which is hard to believe since I am almost 5’9’’.

After college, I traveled around the world alone with only backpack. I visited Japan, Hong Kong, Russa, Thailand, Israel, Africa, and Europe but had to cancel my trip to China because the Tiananmen Square incident had recently occurred. Having to pay for my own way through college, I learned the value of hard word early. I then began my career with Anderson Consulting, which lead me to a job with a Fortune 100 company on their Mergers and Acquisition Team.

This in a odd way led me to Real Estate, which has been my career and passion for over 14 years where my main focus has been Residential and Commercial Lending. However, with the change in market conditions, Loan Modifications have surfaced and have become a much needed solution for homeowners and Commercial Property Owners. Seeing if they could qualify for a loan modification seemed a perfect fit for my clients that could not qualify for a refinance.

I have an extensive background in Residential and Commerical Lending, and have been a top producer.  I handle refinancing, purchase loans, conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA, and USDA in many states. 

With the market changes, I began receiving requests for loan modifications for a variety of reasons, job loss, job change, medical conditions, etc.  So, I invested time in finding the right help for these requests.  I did and continue to research and add Attorneys that have the following qualifications:
