The Company is also a Licensed Correspondent Mortgage Lender in the States of Connecticut, Florida and New Jersey and is in good standing with the regulatory agencies of each.
To date, our Firm has arranged over $400 million (that is $400,000,000 or 4/10 of $1 billion) in residential mortgage loans in the states in which we are registered or licensed. This company has arranged loans with 30 different lenders, including such prominent companies as JP Morgan Chase, Wachovia Corporation, Bank of America, Saxon Mortgage (backed by Morgan Stanley), and Wilmington Finance (backed by AIG).
This Company has helped buyers and owners of one, two, three and four-family homes, condominiums and co-operatives with FICO scores ranging from as low as 478 to as high as 813. Along the way, the Firm has assisted borrowers with unblemished credit history, clients presently in foreclosure or bankruptcy, and those with virtually every credit profile in between.

Our VLO and the site in its entirety, along with the back-end client management software position Domus as a company on the cutting edge of technology.
