I'm a full-time Associate Broker & Team Leader, licensed in Maryland, DC, and Virginia - consistently ranked in the Top 25 teams in the RE/MAX Central Atlantic Region.

About Us:

I am a native of Maryland and have been a Montgomery County, MD resident since 1978. I've been serving the Real Estate needs of people in the Metropolitan area since 1989. I am the team leader of of an 7 person team, 4 agents and 2 licensed adminstrative staff members.

My goal is to provide "no pressure" consultation to my clients who want top value for their hard earned dollar. I make sure all transactions are handled professionally with the least amount of stress for all involved.  At Andy Werner & Associates I have the opportunity to spend more time serving my clients than most other agents because I have a full time staff behind me to take care of a myriad of tasks including: scheduling, advertising, agent follow up, and processing.

Most of my business comes from personal referrals from my friends and past clients. I enjoy maintaining customer client relationships and many of my past clients have become close personal friends.  In addition, I work almost exclusively with seller clients, and am almost always available for your referrals, be they buyers or sellers.

I take a consultative approach to helping people with their Real Estate needs. I provide my valued clients with the information they need to make educated decisions.
