Areas of Expertise

I specialize in residential real estate transactions from Chickasha to the Red River!  I enjoy helping families with all purchases, from first time home buyers to retirees ready to down-size.  I am also very experienced with VA lending as we have a rather large military population in the area with the Ft. Sill Army installation. Since the BRAC (base realignment and closure) announcement, I have been consulting a lot of investors and assisting them in multiple purchases, as the housing needs include rentals and purchases.  Even if the family in front of you is not in a position to buy, helping them get settled in a new area is greatly appreciated.  Much of my customer base consists of referrals and renters that are now "ready".  Never leave a man behind.

I have also been dealing with our local Countrywide office on the FHA 203K lending program.  Recently, I have been serving as a project manager or consultant for investment "flips".  I have assisted in selecting the contractors for my out of state clients and regularly check on the progress.  I report back to the owner on such progress, budget issues, and material selections.  From "flips" and rental property, to first and subsequent homes, I am the Realtor for you!

Michael Lamb is a soldier in the US Army stationed here at Ft. Sill. When he arrived, much like the other soldiers new to this area, he found the rental market rough and post housing list 18 or more months out. The nice rentals were all taken and the remaining homes were not up to his standards. He opted to purchase a home and we drew up a contract that allowed for early occupancy so that he and his family did not have to remain in lodging until close. He and his family are thrilled with their home and when they get orders to relocate, they will list their home with me.

Donna McLeod is an out of state investor.  She works with remodeling homes or "flips".  She has hired me to find, buy, flip, and list her houses.  I contact her with all the numbers and details...I take care of the rest!  This has proven to be a very lucritive relationship for both of us!

Hoby Williams buys and sells real estate of all sorts.  He values my opinion and judgement.  Since we met, he is now exclusive. Pictured here is one of his houses before and after his crew remoldeled it.  This home was redone from top to bottom... to include all new plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, lighting, windows, siding,....etc!  The proud owners of this home purchased it through Allegiance Realty and have been thrilled with it since!

Brett and Lisa Falconer moved to the area from Illinois.  They were not ready to buy in this area, yet I helped them to find a nice home to rent.  Once they were convinced that Lawton, Oklahoma is a great place to raise a family and after many issues with the lending market, they finally are proud homeowners!  We closed the end of August 2007!

Recently I met a soldier (and his family) by the name of Wilson Lopez.  He and Lynda have become great friends of mine through the house hunting.  He is being deployed to Iraq next month and needed to expedite this proceedure...we had to find "the house" amongst over 1400 homes available in the Lawton area within the course of two weeks!  We are still finalizing everything, but I have helped them find the perfect home for their needs, and gained new friends in the process.

There are so many more people that I have come to know and care very much for.  My not mentioning names all of my clients is because we don't have all day!  I pride myself on treating all of my clients like family and genuinely serving all of their housing needs!
