- Personal service, professional results...that's my committment to you. Let me put my 18 years of living on Kauai to work for you to find your piece of Paradise.
My committment to you--
My commitment as your local REALTOR® is to provide you with the specialized real estate service you deserve. A full-time Princeville resident since 1991 (yes, I am a hurricane survivor, although my house was not!) I have been affiliated with RE/MAX Kauai since 2000 and am the Broker in Charge of the Princeville Resort Office.
Helping clients buy or sell their dream property brought me many good friends in the process. I've also bought and sold for myself; both my primary residence and also 1031 IRS exchanges. Experience coupled with continuing education are the cornerstones of my real estate career. I am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) hold the Accredited Buyer's Representative designation, (ABR) and am working on my Certified Residential Specialist designation, (CRS) a designation held by only 4% of real estate agents nationwide.
Buying or selling does not have to be a stressful or painful experience and will not be if you have an agent with the experience, education and committment to serving you, the client! If you want personal service with professional results, filled with Aloha, call or email me today!

Finding a good agent is not so easy...
I have been a fulltime Princeville resident (North Shore of Kauai) since 1991. During that time I've seen tremendous growth on our beautiful Island and witnessed Kauai go from a sleepy, unknown location to a highly desireable and sought after place to live. Although relatively small, Kauai is quite diverse with many subtle and not so subtle differences from one location to another. Before you commit to any agent on Kauai, make sure they know the Island and can properly inform you about what you might expect.
Although I sell Islandwide, and am equally comfortable on the Westside as on the Northshore, my area of expertise is from Princeville to Kapaa. I keep up with Island statistics on a monthly basis, and do a weekly update on Princeville Condos. I have been a property owner on Kauai since 1987 and curently have a personal residence as well as an investment condo. Education in this market is important but of even greater importance is hands on experience. Ask me, or any other agent you choose, how long they have been on Kauai, how many transactions they have completed, how long they have been in real estate... the list goes on. Your real estate transaction is probably the largest financial transaction of your life. Take the time to ask some question of the agent to whom you are entrusted to guide you in this critical time.
My committment is to you, the client. If there is an area of personal interest to you, please let me know and I will be happy to compile statistical information (number of sales, recent sales amounts etc) for any given property in any Kauai Island location. Do not hesitate to put my experience and education to work for you. Thank you for taking the time learn a little bit about me. I look forward to working with you in the future.
Testimonials
Elaine, we want to thank you again for assisting us with the both the sale of our condo and the purchase of our home here in Princeville. In all respects you were very professional and mindful of details. Your ability to communicate openly and frequently was very much appreciated. We have been involved with numerous real estate transactions in the past, and we both feel that you took care of our interests better than any realtor has ever done! You definitely earned your commission. I can't imagine handling the sale or purchase of real estate in Hawaii without a realtor (or without you). Sincerely, Anna & Tom M.
Elaine, thanks for the call today. I was busy working on a new project with several other electricians, and totally forgot about the closing being done today. I just wanted to thank you for your hard work in keeping everything moving on this sale. If we ever get involved in another real estate transaction on Kauai, you would be on the top of our list of which real estate professional to contact. Thanks for sending those post cards out way back when (I think that's how we got to know you). After corresponding with you back and forth about the potential for getting a good price for our unit, I knew that if it could be done, you would be the one to do it. Mahalo for a job well done. Aloha, NickS.
Aloha Elaine:
We think you're the greatest realtor on the planet, and a wonderful person to boot. We'll be back in our respective businesses on the 28th
Mahola, Dave R.
