Mark & Ann Jenness...Sandy Soli, with assistance from her husband, Bruce, represented my husband, Mark, and me shopping for a new home in Incline Village earlier this year, then again in the sale of our previous home a couple of months later.  Most recently, Sandy put me in touch with Nancy Borino in Chase's Tahoe City Office with regard to the possible rental of our home in the event we move to Boston early next year.

During our home search, Sandy listened well to our needs and narrowed down the search accordingly.  While always upbeat and a pleasure to be around, she nevertheless pointed out the downside to properties, which we greatly appreciated as Buyers.  On April 18th, we closed escrow on our new home.  For the sale of our existing home, Sandy was very helpful when we needed outside feedback while getting the house ready to go on the market.  Sandy even came over with her tools and assisted in some of the work.  When the house was ready, she wasted no time in getting Realtors and their clients in there, and put on a terrific open house for the Realtors to make our house stand out on tour.  We ultimately had three offers within 3 1/2 weeks and closed escrow only 7 weeks after the house was listed.

In both cases, Sandy was very professional and helpful throughout the negotiating and escrow process.  Particularly in the case of our home sale, Sandy's services were invaluable, as we were in France during half of the escrow period.  She really took care of everything for us--from negotiating terms and scheduling repairs, to watering plants and supervising furniture movers.  Escrow closed without a hitch on July 8th.

Overall, the Soli's make a good team, though I speak most of Sandy, as she was our primary contact.  Sandy is very conscientious and able.  She has what it takes to make a very successful Realtor.  I will strongly recommend her to friends who may need the services of a Realtor in the future. 

Todd & Grace Davidson...A few years ago we spent a lot of time in search of our dream home and finally came to the realization that we had to buy a lot/tear down to build our own since we just could not find it.  We spent months and months with an architect and finally decided to give up on building last Fall due to ridiculous contractors and ever escalating costs.

We then decided to start looking at existing houses again and called Sandy Soli.  She showed us a house with characteristics and value that we had not found in the previous 2+ years of searching.  Within just a few days, we were in contract on our new home.

The Soli's were wonderful to work with, they kept us informed about everything happening with our transaction, they really went the extra mile to make sure that we had all the information we needed.  There were a few issues that arose after the close of escrow (out of their control) and they followed up to make sure the issues were all addressed.
